With over 187,000 employees representing 100+ nationalities across varied geographies and sectors, we are a vibrant confluence of identities, experiences, and perspectives. From businesses to shop floors, our diversity spans across capabilities, cultures, religions, gender, and generations making inclusion a daily commitment.

We continue to shape the Group into an aspirational workplace for women, integrating them into mainstream operations and increasing representation at leadership levels. While progress has been steady, we recognise the evolving challenges and actively address them with structured, Group-wide interventions.

Diversity dashboard at the Group and Business levels helps HR as well as leaders track the numbers and progress made. We have robust mechanisms in place for creating a safe, respectful, and enabling environment including the implementation of a Group-wide POSH policy and regular employee sensitisation campaigns.

At our manufacturing locations alone, more than 16,000 women work in fashion, retail, and textile operations, including leading roles at overseas plants. Across the Group, women are taking on impactful roles in core and critical operations.

We are also committed to diversity hiring with a strong focus on increasing women's representation in leadership. We engage closely with hiring partners, track diversity KPIs, and review performance regularly at the highest leadership levels during quarterly business reviews.
