What is P4S?

People 4 Sustainability (P4S) is our structured L&D Framework designed to integrate sustainability into everyday learning, aligning with business goals and global standards. It drives awareness, builds expertise, knowledge, skills and fosters a culture of responsibility, developing a mindset needed to integrate sustainability into everyday decision-making. As the Group embeds sustainability into core strategies and operations, P4S enables our people are equipped to manage emerging risks, identify opportunities and lead meaningful, long-term change.

P4S offers a tiered approach to learning, aligned with role maturity, functional relevance, and ABG’s broader sustainability ambitions:
